ANZ Capital India Pvt. Ltd. is a part of the ANZ Group. It represents the Investment Banking Interest of the ANZ Group in India.

ANZ Capital, India is a subsidiary of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group holding 75% stake and Indian Shareholders owning the balance 25%. ANZ Capital, India is incorporated as a Non Banking Financial Corporation (NBFC) and operates an office in India’s Commercial Capital, Mumbai. Prior to ANZ Capital’s incorporation, the investment banking operations in India were carried out within the fold of the regular banking operations and was named as ANZ Grindlay’s Bank - the oldest Foreign Bank in India for more than 150 years. ANZ Capital India Pvt. Ltd. is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as Category I Merchant Banker and had been engaged in activities like Project Finance, Corporate Finance and other financial advisory services.

In India, we currently offer Trade Finance and Financial Institution (FI) related products with a focus on Top Corporate’s dealing in Commodities. Our future plans however, is to also promote and offer Leasing and Infrastructure Finance and Structured Export Finance (SEF) to leading corporates.
